1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings must be made via our official website, email, or WhatsApp number.

A tour is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment and a formal confirmation from our team.

Full payment must be made before the start of the tour.

2. Payment Terms

You may pay via UPI, bank transfer, or other approved online methods.

A non-refundable advance of 50% is required to secure your spot.

The remaining amount must be paid at the time of departure.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusions and exclusions are clearly mentioned on each package page. Please read them carefully before booking.

We are not responsible for any services not mentioned in the package (such as personal purchases, alcohol, or drone permits).

5. Changes to Itinerary

The tour itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or forest department guidelines.

In such cases, no refunds will be issued, but suitable alternatives will be offered.

Boat route and timings may vary based on tide, safety, or wildlife movement.

6. Traveler Responsibilities

Carry a valid government-issued ID proof during travel.

Respect the local culture, people, and wildlife.

No littering, loud music, or alcohol consumption in protected zones.

Follow instructions given by our guides and forest officials at all times.

7. Safety & Medical Emergencies

Basic first aid is available on the boat and at the lodge.

We are not liable for any illness, injury, loss, or theft during the tour.

Travelers with existing medical conditions must inform us in advance.

Sundarban is a remote area with limited medical facilities, so travel with proper precautions.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or losses due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, floods, political unrest, or pandemics.

9. Photography & Promotions

We may capture group photos or videos during the tour for social media and promotional use.

If you do not wish to appear in such content, please inform us in writing before the tour.

10. Dispute & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of tour services will be handled under the jurisdiction of West Bengal, India.
